Fever
is due to attack of bacteria on our immune system. In fever our body
temperature gets high which is called hyperthemia. This high temperature
reduces our body efficiency, which result in tiredness. To be away from such
tiredness, you should take full nutrition especially in liquid form like juice,
lemon water. Vitamin D and capsules of glucose should be taken. Fever is
occurring while attack of any pathogen. Doctors mainly prescribe antibiotics. These
antibiotic or injection will react suddenly to infected pathogens. Then our
immune system will become weak. It may take time to overcome, but good diet and
good mental health will help to reduce the tiredness. Mostly in fever doctors
prescribe antipyretics and antibiotics to kill the infection. These antibiotics
are quite strong and lead to weakness. Taking one Becasule capsule daily till
the time you are taking antibiotic would help a lot in overcoming the weakness.
But before taking the above please consult your doctor because self medication
can be dangerous. Because of dehydration of water content in the body and
tablet overdose causes this effect of getting tired too often. To overcome
tiredness you can have lots of liquid food like water and different juices in
between, have lassi, buttermilk and tender coconut which contains high
potassium and mineral content has the power to fight against stress.
Tiredness after fever is common. It is due to the fact
that when pyrogens (fever producing agents) attack our body, the body's immune
system and leucocytes (white blood cells) fight against them. As a result a lot
of body cells are lost leading to weakness. Fresh fruits like oranges,
'mausami', apple, pomegranate, bananas and even fresh limes are body
revitalizers. Oral Glucose should be given(unless the patient has diabetes). As
the patient can't have solid food, milk and milk products like curd and
buttermilk should be given. Try to have Glucose water and tender coconut along
with some fruits, and do not forget to have little bit dry fruits/nuts. Since
you have losen energy more than individual capacity in certain age, it will
obviously feel tire plus recently you have might have taken anti-biotics tablet
for past sick.
Try
to avoid english medicine in normal fever and use ayurvedic or homyopathic
medicines. The english medicine in fever is generaly of antibiotic type which
are strong and also lead to tiredness. Nothing to worry, naturally it will take
few days to recover from it. Patient should be taken out in fresh environment
as nature is also a healer. Avoid talks on patient's ill health with him.
Tiredness after fever is due to the effects of increased BMR i.e. Basal
Metabolic Rate. BMR is raised due to increased temperature of the body and
increased ATP depletion at cellular level. When fever leaves you start feeling
the sweat and causes tiredness. Take bath and little tiredness do get
reduced.
Capacity
of physical exhaustion and tiring of body depends on growing age too. If you
are getting tired at young age, it needs to be taken care of. I would advise
you to take Kalonji oil with honey in morning time, half an hour before
breakfast. This works for all ages. Also if you feel weakness in general you
can take multivitamins also. Try to get fresh air, go for small walk near the
place.
